Basics

What do I need?
To book a match, you only need a user account. You can create one by clicking on the "Register button at the top right.
How can I watch the livestreams?
We recommend watching the stream via your PC or laptop. If you want to watch the stream via your TV set, you can connect it to your PC/laptop via HDMI cable.
We strongly advise you not to use the browsers that are built into most smart TVs. These are usually not up to date and therefore make it very difficult to reproduce errors. For this reason we cannot offer any support for these browsers.

User account/registration

How can I register?
Click on the "Register" button at the top right. Here you have the possibility to enter your e-mail address and a password. Alternatively, you can also conveniently register via your Facebook or Google account. register.

How can I change my e-mail address?

How can I change my password?

How can I watch the livestreams?
On the homepage you will find an overview of the current and upcoming matches. Click on the desired game. Here you now have the option to buy a Single Ticket. Troubleshooting

The livestream is stuttering / breaks off
Restart your browser and device. Log back in with the same user and check if the stream has improved. We recommend playing through your PC or laptop with an up-to-date Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome browser. If you want to watch the stream via your TV device, the best way to connect it to your PC/laptop is via HDMI cable. We are constantly trying to support more devices and browsers, unfortunately there may still be failures/errors with other devices and browsers. If your device is connected to the internet via WLAN, please check if someone else in the network is receiving larger amounts of data.

My ticket is not active after payment
